Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and software licenses, all sales are generally final.
However, we may issue refunds under the following conditions:
Refund Conditions
1. If a technical issue prevents the product from functioning as described and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
2. If a duplicate payment was made in error.
3. If a license key has not yet been generated or delivered after payment.
Refund Request Period
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you may contact us at with your order details and a description of the issue, or submit a refund request via your dashboard (Dashboard → Payments).
Processing Time
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Limitations
Refunds will not be granted once a license key has been generated and used.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse or misuse.
Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
